Not every piece of tonewood can be turned into a clarinet barrel or bell. In an effort to respect and utilize this precious wood, we have made use of the cut-offs by hand-turning into one-of-a-kind writing instruments, made to order in our clarinet workshop for a truly custom experience. We utilize aged african blackwood (grenadilla) and cocobolo.
